Oxygen was appointed by the landowner on an option basis to leverage the value in this large and interesting residential site.

Oxygen sought planning from Three Rivers District Council for the demolition of the 2,500 square foot detached house that was on the site. Oxygen worked with architectural consultants to create plans for two detached houses, each of 3,800 square foot, with garages and carriage driveway access.
Planning was approved and Oxygen delivered the consent in under six months. The site was then sold to a developer for construction.
