16 The Vale was a 35,000 square foot art deco warehouse in Shepherd’s Bush, west London originally built by aircraft part manufacturer Brown Brothers in 1928.

Oxygen and Amplio collaborated to apply for planning to convert the use to a residential-led mixed-use project. Planning was approved for 39 apartments and 12,000 square feet of commercial space.

The building was sold for £13.5 million to Shepherds Bush Housing Group, a prominent West London housing association, in 2017.
