This 4-acre site is currently the ground of Somersham Town Football Club. It is intended that the club relocate locally subject to approval from the FA and Sport England.
A suitable site has been identified for the relocation of the club to take place before the start of the season 2020-2021. The site has been allocated in the Huntingdonshire local plan for the development of at least 44 houses.
Pre-application has been completed and subject to the FA and Sport England approval, Oxygen will submit for full planning permission.
We will then undertake to sell the site for development by a mid-size house builder. Work on the planning application is currently in progress.
