Oxygen acquired a site adjacent to the Swan pub in Worlingworth, Suffolk and set about preparing a planning application for two of the three plots comprising the site.
Two large executive homes were designed in a style sympathetic to the surrounding architecture and to reflect the history of the site.
Planning was achieved for the development of the two executive homes with the potential to apply for development of the third plot in the future.
