A former ink factory in the Gloucestershire town of Cinderford, this site provided an unusual opportunity for Oxygen to work on a contaminated site to add value to the planning and development proposition.

Oxygen acquired this brownfield site within the development boundary on a land promotion basis.

Oxygen is working closely with the landowner and Forest of Dean District Council to decontaminate the site and deliver planning consent for 22 terraced homes.

Oxygen is in negotiations to deliver a turnkey scheme to a local housing association once the site is consented.
