Booth Rise saw the unconditional acquisition of a three bedroom bungalow with out buildings and a garden to the rear.

The site had previously formed part of a 2.83 acre site with two other landowners. Planning was achieved for four residential executive bungalows in addition to the retention of the original bungalow.

This created a scheme of five three bedroom bungalows off a private drive. Planning permission was achieved and the site is currently under offer.

Oxygen also intend to resubmit for planning for 30+ dwellings on the original site of 2.83 acres to support further uplift of the value of the land.
