Oxygen have acquired a site near Heathrow which was previously the location of a Suzuki franchise. The large site is being brought forward through planning.
Following pre-application discussions, it is currently intended to create a scheme comprising 20 residential apartments across two separate buildings with an architectural solution sympathetic to the surrounding residential neighbourhoods.
The planning application has been submitted and is policy compliant with 50% affordable within the housing mix.
